Not your priority or you have no time for your exhibition ?

Most of the time preparation for upcoming exhibition is brushed aside for last minute, most times I come across companies who are participating in exhibition and mostly pass on the responsibility to marketing department to manage the things.

  • Budget must be set aside based on the area of the booth.
  • Budget for traveling, lodging and boarding of participants.
  • Provide for manpower like hostess and other persons if required at exhibition time.
  • Designing expenses for exhibition
  • Display material to be printed
  • Banner and display stands required
  • Gather photographs and company profiles 
  • Product photographs, diagrams and detail of products to be highlighted.
  • Product specimen if required to be physically displayed
  • Stands if products are to be displayed.
Not interested in devoting extra time
No time for tasks
